a mixed experience overall

musty smell expensive breakfast

the location was acceptable, with the beach being an 8-minute walk away.

i found a musty smell in room 1406. the drains in the shower had a strong stench, and the bedding felt damp. the housekeeping staff could not locate a hair dryer, and i felt accused of taking it from the room. breakfast was also expensive for what it offered, and the hotel generally looked a bit tired.

lovely stay for adults

supportive staff direct access clean facility good location

i found the staff to be very supportive. they always provided smiles and quick assistance. the ground floor rooms offered direct access to the swimming pool, which i liked. i found the facilities well cleaned, and that was a great bonus (i'm a bit obsessive with cleaning). the location was good with many restaurants nearby.

the hotel showed some wear, especially in the common areas. i think a refresh of the facilities would enhance the overall experience.

modern room comfortable sunbeds

the room was modern, matching the photos (i was happily surprised). the pool area had character, more so than the pictures showed. the pool was amazing and the sunbeds were comfortable. the staff were helpful and friendly, always asking for feedback.

the busy street outside contrasts with the quiet grounds inside (still, that's very minor).

the room was clean. it was a superior double or twin room. the staff answered our questions politely. breakfast had a good selection of items.

the street outside was quite noisy. the pool seemed a bit crowded at times. it was sometimes difficult to find available sunbeds by the pool, so there should be more.
